- Yes. It is possible to change them until 5:00PM 2 days before your stay.

- We accept cash, credit cards, PayPay and transportation electric payment.

- I am afraid we do not have a shuttle service.

- No. Pets are not allowed at our facility.

- Currently, it is not possible to do so.

- Yes. We have a free parking lot.

- Are there cancellation fees?
- 30 days before: 50 % 7 days before: 100 %
However, if you call us by 5:00PM two days before your stay, you can reschedule a stay once. If you cancel after rescheduling, the cancellation fee will apply regardless of the cancellation period.
Rescheduling can be made up to 30 days from the original stay date. You may not be able to reschedule depending on the reservation status. Thank you for your understanding.
Steps for date changes
Make a new reservation within 30 days from the original stay date.
*Please do not cancel the current reservation by yourself.

Once the new reservation is confirmed, our facility will handle the cancellation of the original reservation.

- Hand towel, bath towel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toner, milky lotion, hairbrush, razor, ladies’ set, etc.

- Kitchen knife, cutting board, tongs, BBQ gas grill (Guests with the BYO [Bring Your Own] plan: 3,850 yen Guests with the plan including meals: Free)
*BBQ grills are not available for THE BONDS Beach House, but you can use a shared kitchen.

- Do you have tableware?
- Chopsticks, knife, fork, dessert fork, spoon, teaspoon, wooden plate, and tumbler

- Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

- Yes. All rooms are equipped with them.

- An individual bathroom and jacuzzi are installed at each building in the glamping area.
THE BONDS Beach House has a shared bathroom.

- I am afraid the dome-shaped tent is not equipped with a television. However, THE BONDS Beach House is equipped with it.

- There are several outlets in all rooms.

- They are available for guests with the plan including meals.

- You can order meals until 5:00PM two days before your stay.

- Yes. You can bring ingredients and beverages. A BBQ gas grill set (3,850 yen) is prepared in your room.

- Is it possible to bring a fire pit table and stove?
- I am afraid bringing fire-causing devices is not allowed. Please use the installed BBQ grill and fire pit.

- Is it possible to order only breakfast?
- Yes. We prepare breakfast made with a lot of ingredients of Chiba.

- Are there nearby convenience stores and supermarkets?
- Yes. 7-Eleven Kazusa Onjuku is a 3-min walk and Super Ootaya is a 10-min walk from our facility.

- Is it allowed to do fireworks?
- Only guests staying at a dome-shaped tent can do fireworks in the designated area. Please ask our staff for guidance on the day of your stay.
Please note that fireworks may not be allowed due to strong winds for safety reasons.
Fireworks are allowed until 9:00PM.

- How can I make a reservation?
- Please make a reservation, changes, additions, and cancellations on the website.
